What we do, and what it costs

Bring us in for the whole event or just one part of it. Here's what each service covers, with the pricing further down the page.

Conferences & meetings

20 to 1,500 delegates · Single or multi-day · SIC 82302

Speaker's lectern with a microphone in front of rows of empty chairs in a conference room

Annual conferences, sales kick-offs, leadership offsites, AGMs and partner summits. Usually there's something specific you've been asked to achieve, whether that's getting everyone behind a new strategy or training a partner network, and the day gets built around that.

Most clients come to us with a date, a rough headcount and a budget. We come back with a venue shortlist, an agenda that holds attention past 2pm, and a line-by-line cost breakdown you can take to your finance director.

  • Venue sourcing and contract negotiation
  • Agenda and content design
  • Speaker sourcing, briefing and rehearsal
  • Delegate registration and joining instructions
  • AV, staging, lighting and set
  • Breakouts, workshops and facilitation
  • Catering, accommodation and travel
  • On-site management and run of show

Exhibitions & trade fairs

Host or exhibit · UK and Europe · SIC 82301

Exhibition hall seen from a gallery, with rows of white stand booths and visitors under a glass roof

These are two quite different jobs and we do both. If you're organising the show, we handle the floorplan, exhibitor sales support, contractor liaison, health and safety paperwork and visitor registration. If you're exhibiting at someone else's, we design and build the stand, get it there, sort the logistics and get it home again.

It's easy to waste money on exhibitions. The two things that make the most difference are where your stand sits on the floor and how much of your audience you've lined up before the doors open, so that's where we spend the effort.

  • Floorplan and space planning
  • Stand design, build and dressing
  • Exhibitor manuals and coordination
  • Contractor and venue liaison
  • Risk assessments and method statements
  • Visitor registration and badging
  • Lead capture setup and follow-up data
  • Transport, storage and reuse of kit

Awards & gala dinners

100 to 1,000 guests · Black tie or business dress

Round tables laid for a gala dinner, with a crystal candelabra and a lit stage behind

Awards nights are the fastest-growing corporate event format in the UK at the moment, with enquiries up 57% in the first half of 2026. They're also the hardest to get right. If a conference runs late it's annoying, but if an awards night runs late people start leaving before the main categories.

We handle the lot: entries and judging, table sales and seating, the room, the host, the running order on the night, and the photos and content you'll want the next morning.

  • Category design and entry platform
  • Judging panel recruitment and scoring
  • Table sales, seating plans and place cards
  • Trophy and certificate sourcing
  • Host, compère and entertainment booking
  • Staging, screens, autocue and walk-on music
  • Drinks reception and dinner service timing
  • Photography, film and winners' press pack

Away days & team building

10 to 300 people · Half day to three days

Six people in blue and red t-shirts playing a ring-toss game on a lawn under trees

This part of the market has shifted. Guest numbers on away days are down about 37% while spend per head is up 55%, so companies are running smaller days for the people who most need to be in a room together, and expecting more out of them.

Which is why we start with what you want out of it. A team that's just been merged and doesn't trust each other yet needs a completely different day from a sales team that's hit target and wants a reward. If an activity isn't going to get you there, we'll say so.

  • Outcome-led programme design
  • Independent facilitation
  • Activity sourcing, indoor and outdoor
  • Accessibility and inclusion planning
  • Venue, catering and overnight stays
  • Coach travel and transfers
  • Risk assessment and supplier vetting
  • Post-day feedback capture

Product launches & roadshows

Single site or multi-city tours

Steel lighting trusses with moving lights and speakers hanging above a stage

One big launch, or the same show in ten cities over three weeks. With a roadshow almost everything comes down to being able to repeat it: a set that packs down properly, a crew who've done the build before, and enough slack in the schedule that one van stuck on the M6 doesn't cost you a whole city.

  • Concept and creative direction
  • Touring set and kit specification
  • Multi-city venue booking and scheduling
  • Crew, transport and load-in planning
  • Invitation and RSVP management
  • Press and influencer handling
  • Demo and product logistics
  • Content capture across the tour

Venue finding

Free to you · Shortlist within 48 hours

Ballroom with round tables, chandeliers and a small stage, set out for a meeting

You can use this on its own and it costs you nothing. The venue pays us a commission when a booking is confirmed, and your rate doesn't go up because of it. You get a shortlist within two working days, rates negotiated on your behalf, and someone actually reading the contract before you sign it.

We're independent. No hotel group owns us and we haven't got volume targets to hit with any chain, so what's on the shortlist is what fits your brief.

  • Brief taking and requirement scoping
  • Nationwide availability search
  • Rate and package negotiation
  • Site visits arranged and accompanied
  • Contract review: attrition, cancellation, minimums
  • Handover to your team, or we run the event too
